Cool Retro Hotel Barcelona

Our Cool Retro Barcelona Hotel is located on the nobility floor of a historic “Modernista” building. When designing the interiors we have focused on conserving and restoring all the amazing Gaudi period elements such as the handmade mosaic floors in the lounge, the hand painted glass nature scenes on the walls of the master corridor and the one of a kind ceiling ornaments and hand crafted beams.

Each of our seven retro styled rooms is different in design. The original art works, handmade tiles on the floors, the vintage lighting, the sitting area, beautifully designed private bathrooms and -depending on the room- the terrace, patio or French balcony; all those features add up to create the inviting atmosphere our guests love.

In addition, Retrome Barcelona encourages its guests to use the spacious public areas including a lounge, a meeting/ reading area and a funky kitchenette with a vintage style Espresso machine and a curved red retro fridge offering a welcome glass of Cava or fresh juice when you arrive.

Our all day breakfast is served at a charming local cafe downstairs across the street, where we serve a Spanish traditional or a healthy breakfast and if you stay longer we recommend to try them both!
